Lead Pastor
City Church is accepting resumes for their Full-time Lead Pastor position.
The Church is located on the southern edge of Jacksonville, Il in the village of South Jacksonville. The total combined population is approximately 25,000. Jacksonville contains 2 colleges (Illinois College and a satellite campus for Lincoln Land Community College) and 2 state schools (Illinois School for the Deaf and the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired). Jacksonville is located in west-central Illinois, approximately 30 miles west of Springfield and 90 miles north of St. Louis.
City Church is an intergenerational church with an average Sunday attendance of approximately 115 adults, 10 youth/teens and 15 kids. Our staff consists of a full-time Youth/Young Adult Pastor, part-time Worship Pastor, part-time Children’s Pastor, part-time office administrator and a part-time Custodian.
Applicants must be credentialed with the Assemblies of God and be in good standing with their district
