Illinois women will be returning to Guatemala later this year for the Illinois District Women's Mission Trip, scheduled October 23-31, 2010. Cost is $1695 per person.

They will again be partnering with AG missionaries John and Dina Musacchio to continue the work that was started by the Illinois women in October 2009.

John and Dina ministered throughout Illinois when they lived close to family in the Evergreen Park mission house. Their passion for youth is evident; upon arrival in Guatemala, John set up skating ramps and hung out on streets to be part of the youth culture. Their success on the streets led them to partner with a national pastor to minister to the families through a local church. The decision to return to Guatemala is due to the impact made last year by the Illinois team. They joined the local church women’s group for ministry at a hospital maternity ward, and the young, single moms were extremely blessed by all the gifts and ministry the team provided.
