BREAKOUT SPEAKERS

Speaker: Pastor Wes Bell
Wes Bell has been the Lead Pastor of Harvest Chapel for the last 16 years. In that time, he has seen the church grow and increase its influence in their region. Wes has a heart to reach the unchurched and to come alongside leaders to help them reach their full potential.

Breakout Topic: Grit or Gridlock
We will dive into some transferable principles that will help us push our ministries forward and maintain momentum, even in the midst of various difficulties and obstacles we may encounter as ministry leaders.
Speaker: Pastor Robbie Gonzalez
Recognizing the profound impact of social media in today’s society, Pastor Robbie has embraced its positive influence. By leveraging platforms to share the message of Jesus and promote Christ-centered activities, he has successfully drawn individuals into church services, basketball leagues, and life groups, fostering a sense of community among them. His passion lies in connecting with people and guiding them to a renewed life in Christ, a mission he fulfills through both traditional pulpit ministry and innovative social media outreach. Pastor Robbie leads New Life Church in Yorkville, IL.

Breakout Topic: Social Ministry
This is a pivotal moment in history for sharing the message of Jesus, largely due to the radical impact of social media. Regardless of whether you’re in a rural or metropolitan setting, the potential to connect with others is monumental. Join Pastor Robbie Gonzalez, lead pastor of New Life Church in Yorkville, IL (a sub-rural community), for a discussion on how social media can be a game-changer for every church seeking to reach people for Jesus. This session will provide practical strategies and actionable steps to establish or enhance your church’s social media presence, fostering deeper engagement with your community and beyond. Social media isn’t just about marketing; it’s a dynamic tool for ministry that opens unprecedented opportunities to share the love of Jesus with the world.
Speaker: Isaiah Turner

Breakout Topic: Navigating the Changing Culture and How To Protect Your Ministry
As a Christian ministry, how do you address the changing cultural views on issues such as sexuality, marriage, and gender identity? How can your ministry love and serve everyone while not giving into the shifting morality of the day? This session will explore the recent cultural and legal challenges the Church is currently facing so that you can be a good steward of your ministry, understand how to navigate these challenges, and can know how to keep the doors open for the Gospel for future generations.
